The staff is cool and guests say they are friendly and helpful. The members handle Check-ins efficiently and guests appreciated that they accommodated late Check-outs as well. Guests find the parking facility at the hotel terrific with plenty of space.
Rooms are well maintained. Guests like that the sheets provided on the beds looked and smelt clean. Guests who booked smoking rooms say that the rooms are so clean that they could not tell they are smoking rooms. Guests appreciated that the Wi-Fi is also fast and did not have any connection issues.
The air conditioning in the hotel did nothing to remove the humidity. Guests say that there is no filter in the unit and the air conditioner is located under the windows facing the parking lot. So when a car is running the unit sucks the fumes into the rooms.
The hotel and amenities seem to be falling apart. Guests noticed the paint peeling off the walls, light switches falling off and heaters looked like parts of it were falling off. Vending machines did not work through several of the guests’ stay.
Guests report that bathrooms are dirty with a lot of hair on the floor besides trash. Mold is present in the corners of the shower and the drain for the shower is clogged. Guests say that the towels smelt horrible as well.
