Most guests say that the Comfort Inn Little Rock is clean, comfortable, accommodating and friendly. The free shuttle service is much appreciated by the guests as they say that it is made available even late nights or early mornings and is very prompt. Frequent travelers say that they look forward to returning every year.
Most guests say that the staff is welcoming and engaging. Guests are offered cookies on arrival. Breakfast is nice and abundant and the bar is small and intimate. Guests are provided with a free shuttle to the Riverwalk Market and nearby areas, and they liked the restaurants recommended by the staff.
Guests say that the rooms are far superior than they expect them to be. They are spacious and well maintained. The air-conditioning works really well and so does the free Wi-Fi. Guests staying in the upgraded rooms say that having two TVs is perfect for a family of five.
A few guests say that the lower level parking area is very wet. There is a bad odor prevailing throughout the hotel as well.
Some guests had issues with the door key. They say it did not work as the battery was dead in the mechanism. Staff offered no solution and guests say they had to leave someone behind to let others in every time they wanted to go out.
When seen on the map, the hotel seems to be downtown but guests find that it is slightly out and on the wrong side of the highway. They say that the bedrooms on the upper floors facing the highway are very noisy.
