Many guests had a lovely time taking advantage of the hotel's pool. The fresh seawater infinity pool has a sand bottom, and tiny crabs inhabit the retaining walls. Moreover, the adjacent standard infinity pool has cooler crisper water. What is most interesting is these pools are not on ground level, but sits on the second floor over a series of shops.

The hotel is generally quiet because it is situated in a not-so-populated area. There were no negative reports about the AC systems used. Moreover, the beds are soft and comfortable, with good linens that are changed on a daily basis.

Renaissance Curacao Resort & Casino is located in the historic section of Willemstad, right by the Rif Fort and a five to seven-minute walk to the Queen Emma Bridge. There are plenty of restaurants and upscale shopping nearby as well.

Some guests find it absurd that the management allows construction in the middle of the day. Furthermore, the management allows maintenance staff to change the carpets and fix the elevator on a busy hour. When this issue bothers you, you can talk directly to the manager to smooth out any problem.

The lack of water pressure is also one of the major issues that guests complained. Some even had ice-cold water for shower. When you experience any of these issues, make sure to contact the staff to fix the issue.

Foods served at the restaurant are of the highest quality, but service could be slow. Moreover, the dining area is small to accommodate guests, and the waiters seem a little unfocused. However, there are many restaurants in and around the hotel.
