The vibrant downtown area of Des Moines is only a block away and is easily-accessible from this hotel and so are many services and attractions such as museums, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Large, Clean and Comfortable Rooms

The guest rooms are amazing with lots of extra space to move about and store items away, comfortable beds and a fresh and spotlessly clean environment.  Guests also reported that the walls are soundproof and there are lots of extra amenities.

Guests have two options for parking; self parking and valet parking.  Both are close to the rooms, both are safe and convenient and the valet service is fast and efficient.

Guests reported long waits to be acknowledged at the restaurant and even longer waits to be seated and to receive their meals. The food itself is of poor-quality with much of it arriving cold or undercooked.
