Situated less than 20 kilometers from Amsterdam you will find, in the old center of the picturesque Zuiderzee town of Edam, the cozy three-star hotel and the atmospheric à la carte restaurant De Fortuna. The picturesque hotel has 23 rooms, which are housed in 5 characteristic North Holland mansions with a beautiful, waterfront, manicured garden in between. The 'De Fortuna' restaurant has a varied selection of surprising and always appealing meat, fish, poultry and game specialties. All dishes are prepared in a traditional way from the best ingredients that the different seasons offer. In good weather you can also have lunch and dinner in the garden (60 seats).
