Negative Reviews
negative:
Wi-Fi hit and miss.
Although free Wi-Fi is promised throughout the hotel many guests felt this was not delivered and struggled to get a reliable signal, particularly in the bedrooms. Service was however better in the lobby and at the beach bar.
negative:
Twin beds pushed together.
In some cases the double rooms comprised two single beds pushed together which was considered to be disappointing by guests specifically requesting a double, particularly in a hotel which scored so highly in many other respects.
negative:
Short changed by spa treatments.
Although the Rodos Palladium offers a wide range of spa treatments some guests reported they were left feeling somewhat less than relaxed as they did not get the full amount of time that they had paid for. Massage treatments in particular instead of lasting the fifty minutes that were initially booked were cut short to just thirty five or even twenty minutes in some cases with no explanation.
