If you're going on holiday to Miami, it would be quite disappointing if you were staying somewhere with no beach view. This hotel lies on the beach and provides some of the best ocean and beach views Miami has to offer.
You can feel a sense that the staff working on the exterior of the building near or at the pool area love what they do. They are there to service you as a guest of the hotel and that is exactly what they do with a smile.
The housekeeping in this hotel can be a lot better than it is. You are not likely to get fresh towels everyday and the front desk can be very slow with your requests. The service could also do with some improving as some of the staff have been found to be rude.
As a popular vacation destination, this hotel can be expected to be noisy at times, especially during the evenings when there are parties alongside the outdoor pool. The non-soundproofed windows struggle to keep the noise out and it can become difficult to sleep at night.
Although this hotel has a perfect location for vacationers, it might not be up to standard in terms of design and decor. The furniture and interior of the hotel should be updated and the rooms could be more stylish.
