The staff at Royal Sun Inn are really friendly, as well as being very polite and helpful. They will greet you warmly upon your initial arrival and will be attentive throughout your stay. If you have a problem, you only need to let them know and they will do their best to fix it for you.
The hotel's cleanliness is very good. Guestrooms are tidy and comfortable with all the amenities you'll need, such as microwaves and fridges. The pool area is clean as well, as is the spa. They are enjoyable places to spend some time.
Sitting just outside of downtown, the property is close to plenty of good restaurants. There are a number of stores in the vicinity as well. Several attractions are nearby too.
It can be quite loud at Royal Sun Inn. The air-conditioning units can be pretty noisy, and the refrigerators might make annoying noises through the night. Also, the walls seem thin so you may hear what is going on in the neighboring rooms. If the people above you are walking around, that can be clearly audible as well.
The breakfast isn't great. The food is quite carb-heavy and not very fresh. The quality isn't very good either. You might not find much that you like. Also, the room in which it is served can get quite crowded and chaotic.
Some of the furniture at this hotel seems a little dated and worn. It could do with being replaced.
