Fuente Del Val is a touristic resort located in the Old Castilian Region of Palencia, where you will experience a different type of tourism, by meeting genuine places and people, testing the typical gastronomy and the excellent local wines, visiting breathtaking landscapes and old monuments full of history and the sober beauty of the Romanesque Art. The hotel is made from an old typical country house, the façade and some parts of the original construction was preserved. Original materials like stone, adobe and wood were used, as well as many antique restored furniture for decoration, in order to save the style of the typical houses of this region, solid, sober and comfortable. In our bar and restaurant you may try the excellent local wines and the typical and traditional homemade recipes of Castilian and Basque cuisine and some international and even exotic specialties and you will be attended in English.
