Guests found Sacher Salzburg to be every bit as luxurious as they had expected; matching a historic, old world charm with modern convenience and originality. On the taste front, those who stayed enjoyed being able to sample the original Sacher-Torte cake, while the dining, drinks and restaurant service were found to be top class.
According to reviews, the staff cannot be described as anything other than impeccably professional, and guests also found them to be attentive, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about Salzburg.
The rooms and beds were considered to highly comfortable, gorgeous with elegant high-end furnishings, and guests were particularly chuffed with all of the little details, including fresh fruit and chocolate left in their rooms every day.
The only things which guests could fault Sacher Salzburg on was the lack of tea & coffee facilities in rooms, and the car parking and breakfast prices, which a few guests felt were too expensive. However, these matters did not cast a shadow over their stays.
