The rooms at the Sagebrush Inn & Suites are highly rated by most previous guests. Along with comfy furnishings such as the beds, the rooms are also supposedly well-equipped, spacious and quiet - further improving the ambience of the accommodations.

The hot breakfast buffet served by the hotel has generated rave reviews from many former visitors. As well as a plentiful selection that is regularly replenished, the quality of the food and drink is judged at a high level overall.

Despite a few grievances about the welcoming nature of the staff, most past guests found the customer service to be a particular highlight of the Sagebrush Inn & Suites. The personnel working at the hotel are generally considered to be very friendly and helpful.

A small number of previous visitors to the Sagebrush Inn & Suites have complained about the level of cleanliness on display in the rooms. Certain minor hygiene issues have crept up in the past, while the housekeeping has also not been the most proficient at times.

While the location has been convenient for most in terms of traveling to local points of interest, a minority have expressed their displeasure at the distance between the hotel and downtown Taos. As a result, there's a limited amount of restaurants, shops and attractions in the immediate area.

As the Sagebrush Inn & Suites is currently undergoing renovations, some of the rooms at the hotel are still waiting to be improved.
