Guests, on the whole, find the hotel to be relatively quiet. Although this is not a good thing for some, others really appreciate it - especially as night life is not far away in the main strip.Combine the tranquillity of the hotel with its superb views, particularly from the swimming pool and you have got an ideal holiday location for many guests.
Some guests, especially those who return regularly, can't seem to get enough of the staff. Many remember them from one year to another and laugh and joke with them. Some guests consider them as friends. Other guests find that they are very friendly and can't do enough for them. This extends to the hard-working room maids and restaurant staff.
Some guests find the rooms just too cramped for their liking - and don't set them off about the balconies either! They are so small it is unbelievable. Maybe one person on a plastic chair could sit out on it. Whilst this is enough to put some guests off the hotel, for others it is a relatively minor inconvenience, especially when they consider the great value overall the hotel offers.
A number of guests feel aggrieved that they have to pay, what they consider to be, a lot of money to use the safe in their room. Others have commented on having to pay for air-conditioning and expensive rates for the minibar.
Many guests are amazed at the ratio of sunbeds to hotel guests. In busy periods, there simply is not enough to go around. This leads to inevitable sunbed wars and guests reserving them from the early hours.
