For guests arriving by plane there is a bus from the airport to the resort that stops just across the street from the hotel. There is also a large shopping centre located almost adjacent and approximately five minutes' away there is a pedestrianized shopping district. The hotel also has its own fitness room and sauna.
Food served at the hotel has received many compliments, including the choice available and the high quality of produce served. The hotel lobby bar is open late and the perfect place to enjoy a nightcap. Food is very reasonably priced compared to some of the other eateries nearby.
Staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and attentive and delivery a high level of customer service. Reception staff have lots of local knowledge and are happy to recommend places to visit and give directions.
Tour companies use this hotel and therefore it is popular with large groups. Guests have advised trying to avoid going to breakfast whilst they are eating as it can get really busy.
Although clean and functional guests have fed back that some rooms are looking a little dated and would benefit from a minor refurbishment to bring them up to more modern standards. Rooms are also a little on the small size so if you are sleeping in a room at full capacity it may feel a little cramped.
Bathrooms especially need refurbishing and completely refit. Guests have complained the shower area in particular needs to be redesigned from scratch.
