From the moment you arrive, you feel at home. You are treated to a five star welcome. The check-in and check-out processes are handled in a speedy and efficient manner. The hotel’s owners are ever present and are always eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Guests have expressed their disappointment with the air conditioning units in the rooms. Common complaints were with regard to some units leaking and emitted a lot of noise when running. This makes for a troubled sleep if you do manage to sleep at all.
A number of guests felt that the beds were somewhat unsuitable for those with sensitive backs. Other complained that some of the pillows were a bit lumpy.
