Although there are some minor concerns about the rooms here, mainly that they can be on the small side, guests have tended to find the accommodation here clean and comfortable. Rooms are also found to be well equipped - guests have appreciated the inclusion of microwaves and fridges in particular.
The location of this hotel has proved to be a consistent highlight for guests. The property is easy to access from the highway and close to amenities such as shopping and dining. Of course, the obvious plus point for many guests has been the proximity to outdoor activities.
Previous guests have enjoyed a good standard of service here, frequently describing the staff as friendly and welcoming. Guests have often commented that the staff went out of their way to help with things like luggage, parking, and local area information.
A minor point perhaps but a fair number of guests have mentioned the lack of breakfast here. A free continental offering would certainly add value for money. That said, guests have found plentiful dining spots in the area although dining out does, of course, incur additional costs.
Although some of the rooms here appear to have been recently updated, that is not the case for all the guest accommodation or, indeed, the public areas of the property. Guest regularly describe the motel as dated in parts and rather spartan in appearance.
Guests occasionally mention that they found the prices at this hotel fairly inflated. However, most concede that the rates are indicative of prices in the area rather than reflective of the standards on offer.
