These apartments boast a fantastic location in a safe and lively area. The St. Kilda neighbourhood is home to one of the best beaches in Melbourne, and features many great dining venues and fun bars. You can get around the area on foot easily, but public transportation is also easy to access when you need it.
Guests liked the hotel's easy self-check-in system, which eliminated the worry about arriving during a specific time. However, make sure to let the hotel know that you plan on coming after hours. The staff are generally very friendly and accommodating, and may even allow an early check-in if the flat is available.
Thought the apartments are set within an older building, everything looks very well kept and even recently renovated. The individual flats are clean, private, and well-equipped with all the basic necessities. The comfortable beds will assure you get a good night's sleep.
The Wi-Fi have been giving many guests trouble during their stay. The signal is reportedly poor in some of the flats, so some guests were unable to connect at times.
Soundproofing is evidently not the best between the flats. Guests often complain about hearing their next door neighbours, even if they're not being loud or obnoxious. Make sure to bring your earplugs if you're an early or light sleeper.
There is no car park onsite, but a couple of street parking passes can be reserved upon request. However, these are based on a first come, first served basis, so call ahead. Alternatively, the hotel staff can recommend some nearby lots as well.
