One of the more positive factors about this motel, according to guests, is the cost. It is an economy budget motel off Interstate 81 that guests felt fit the need if all you require a place to rest for the night.

Some guests mentioned the microwave and mini fridge were helpful. They also like the cable TV. For most visitors who stayed here, they weren't seeking anything too elaborate, so the motel met those needs.

Guests attending NASCAR events in Bristol, or traveling Interstate 81, found the location of this hotel to be perfect. It's also not far from other locations within the town for food or drinks.

Guests mentioned that the air-conditioning unit and heating unit could be quite loud. For some guests the noise helped drown out any sound coming from the thin walls. For other visitors, it was a nuisance that kept them awake at night.

A number of guests talked about poor housekeeping, musty smells, pet odours, cracked bathtubs, burn holes in the sheets, lumpy mattresses, dirty carpets and housefly issues in the bathrooms.
