Hotel Solaire Inn & Suites (Santa Maria, USA)

There is a pretty good breakfast here, so don’t skip it. Most guests enjoyed the breakfast saying that it was both good quality and quantity.

There is no problem with parking at this hotel. Guests were happy with the parking lot here as it had large number of parking spots which were big enough for larger vehicles.

So far, no other recent positive opinion has been expressed by guests about this hotel.

This hotel is not 4-star quality. Many guests stated that the rooms and the bathrooms were very dirty. Guests found mold in the bathroom and often had to spray things in the room to get rid of the old smell. Guests also commented that the hotel was quite noisy. The walls seemed very thin as they could here noise from adjacent rooms and from outside. Given the types of people and sounds during the night, some guests did not feel safe. Overall, guests felt that the hotel was overpriced and was not a good value.

Once you are in the room you might have a difficult time reaching anyone. Guests stated that there were many times when they tried to use the phone to find that it was not working. They had the same problem with the Wi-Fi. There were many times when the signal was very poor or there was none at all.

If you have any difficulties, staff here might not be able to help that much. Guests were disappointed with the poor customer service at the hotel. They stated that the management did not seem friendly and was often not able to understand guests as they did not speak English very well.
