Guests have found the suites are clean and offer a good selection of amenities. Also, although rooms that are located near the elevators are subject to a little unwanted noise, the majority of rooms here are said to be suitably quiet.
The location of the hotel has proved popular with previous guests. There are restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions in the area - many no more than a mile from the property. If you don't fancy the walk, the city's free Greenlink bus stops near the hotel.
The staff here often attract positive feedback, with guests appreciative of the warm welcome and the friendly and helpful service they were offered throughout their stay.
A number of guests mention that there is quite a lot of construction taking place in the area in which the hotel is located - perhaps due to the SuperBowl coming to town in 2017. This hasn't caused too many issues but is perhaps something to be aware of ahead of your stay.
Although guests have reported that the bathrooms are of a good standard, they also mention that the glass doors are not really suitable for anyone but couples. Plus, there is very little space for guest toiletries.
Guests have tended to enjoy the breakfast here but do mention that the choices can be a little inconsistent from day to day. Fresh fruit and bread option, in particular, have been found to be good one day and virtually non-existent the next.
