They say it is in a great central location close to almost anywhere they would like to visit, including the port. They like that the hotel appears colorful, fresh and roomy and overall beautiful.
The staff is very kind and helpful. Many guests who are frequent travelers say that the personal touch of the staff members sends the hotel rating over the top. The breakfast is plentiful and filling with a large variety. Guests say that the onsite laundry is an added bonus.
Suites are clean and spacious and guests say they can comfortably accommodate a family of four. They appreciate the desk separating the sitting area and beds as well as a sliding door between the bathroom and shower saying that the room plan is a pretty neat feature. They also appreciated the outdoor pool saying that it is well maintained with clear water.
Guests say that the air conditioning in their rooms did not work. Housekeeping staff vacuum the hallways at eight in the mornings and knock at their doors at nine which guests find most unpleasant.
A major downside of staying at the hotel is the constant noise from the freeway. Guests say they can hear it for hours if they are light sleepers. They say even the pool experience is dampened by the relentless freeway noises.
Guests say that the bathroom walls are very thin. Literally everything that goes on in the bathroom is heard outside and they have to think twice about staying there if they are bathroom shy or traveling with non-family members.
