The staff was said to be welcoming and professional by most guests. They were happy to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay thanks to the friendly staff. They checked guests in without a hassle and recommended good places to eat.
Many guests were very happy to stay at this hotel because of its cleanliness and modern appearance. The hotel, the rooms, common areas and bathrooms were clean. Guests felt comfortable using the facilities and staying here.
Most guests agreed the rooms were very comfortable to stay in. The beds were soft and comfortable, with fresh linens and pillows. The suites were spacious with their own kitchenettes and had most of the amenities you would need for a convenient stay.
Guests felt the breakfast room in the morning got too crowded to accommodate all the guests. There was also not a big selection of items. It was a disappointment to have little to no items available. The waffle maker had a very long line as well which caused too many people to wait their turn.
Guests were not impressed with the swimming pool at the hotel and mentioned it was too cold for their tastes. The hotel does not heat the water but rather the air, so it was surprising for an indoor pool to be cold.
