    Superb scenery.

    Some guests were enchanted with the views they gained from their rooms and the hotel restaurant. They advised they had an amazing view of the lakes and the mountains.

    Many visitors were very impressed with the service they received from the staff members at the hotel, advising they were polite and pleasant to talk to. Also, they stated the hotel members were only too happy to give tips regarding places to go in the surrounding area while others advised the employees always greeted them with a smile. If you want premium customer service, this hotel may be an option for you.

    Most travellers were pleased about the hotel’s location. It is close to the centre of town where there are bars and restaurants. This establishment is also close to Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountain range as well as other attractions.

    Coffee charge.

    This is something that the hotel should look into. A few guests were unhappy regarding being charged for coffee. They advised they were charged for using the coffee maker in their rooms. Although each hotel has their own rules regarding charges for additional items, this does seem a little harsh.

    Some visitors were dismayed about the amount of Wi-Fi they were allowed to use in their rooms, advising they were only allowed 500MB of Wi-Fi. They remarked that the allowance wasn’t enough.
