Guests stated that they cannot thank the staff members enough for their excellent services. The personnel here are helpful, and always go the extra mile to fulfil any request. From check in to check out, staff members provide reliable service.
Even if the breakfast was not complimentary, guests still praised the meal. They said the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and the menu changed several times a week. Many guests singled out the freshly squeezed orange juice as the perfect drink to start the day.
All rooms are generally clean and comfortable. Guests who stayed at the double rooms really loved the beds, and stated that their room had everything they needed for a great weekend getaway. Room rates are also more affordable when compared to nearby hotels.
Previous guests reported that the location is quite impractical because it is far both from the centre of Porto and the airport. They expressed that it was difficult to get to places from the hotel without having your own vehicle, as public transport was also far.
The air conditioners in some of the rooms did not function properly, which caused stress to many guests. The rooms were too humid because the AC units did almost nothing to cool the rooms, and that it was irritating that guests always had to call for a maintenance staff.
Guests stated in their reviews that the in-room bathrooms could be a lot cleaner. They saw fungi in the shower space and dirt lining the toilets. Furthermore, some of the bathroom fixtures were broken.
