The suites are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with amenities that ensure guests will feel at home for the duration of their stay. The kitchenette features all the equipment necessary for guests to cater for themselves and modern touches like a television and free Wi-Fi means guests are comfortable for the duration of their stay.
The hotel is ideally located for guests who wish to visit the University of Rochester as well as the scenic surroundings and downtown Rochester which features a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.
All guests were very taken with the buffet-style breakfast that was served each morning, citing its vast food options and delicious offerings as being a positive aspect of their stay. An evening reception that serves complimentary beer and wine as well as snacks was also deemed very enjoyable by the majority of the guests and because all of these were complimentary guests felt that their stay was very good value.
Some guests felt that the carpets were on the dingy side and could do with replacing or a deeper clean.
The surrounding area was found to be sketchy by some guests however they felt that they were safe once inside the hotel or exploring other areas of Rochester.
While the majority of guests very much enjoyed the breakfast that was on offer, others felt that there could have been of a food selection however, most guests would recommend staying at this hotel.
