The staff members of this hotel were friendly and guests experienced being given welcoming mint tea or coffee, and cookies as soon as they entered the premises. The receptionists were also very efficient during check in, and everyone was helpful and full of smiles.

Those who wanted to stay at the heart of the city while being close to the beach aren't disappointed with this property. There are also a number of supermarkets and coffee shops nearby. A five minutes' walk took guests to popular attractions such as the Plage d'Agadir and Golf Les Dunes Agadir.

Rooms in this property are flawless, cosy, and spacious according to guests! The walls, ceiling, and the flooring are recently updated, while the in-room bathrooms are modern and fully functional. Some rooms even offer a beautiful view of the cityscape, ocean, or the nearby mountains.

The noise was the major issue of the hotel. Many guests complained that they were able to hear people outside their doors, while the others said they could clearly hear the traffic as if they were sleeping outside.

Beds were also frequently mentioned in the negative reviews, with guests stating that the mattresses were too hard for their taste. A number of previous guests even compared sleeping on the bed with sleeping on the concrete.
