This motel is recommended by previous guests to those whose goal is to find a cheap accommodation in Newport area. The rooms here are pretty huge. Thus, this is a good place if guests just basically intend to sleep and bathe.
The property's location is within few minutes from everything guests wanted to do. It is situated on the main area of Newport and is only a short walk to restaurants and grocery stores if needed. Moreover, it is fairly close to the beach.
Most guests complained about the disturbing noise due to poor room insulation. Guests heard everything that was going on with their neighbours. Walls were thin with no proper insulation and property was located on the highway so noise was really be a problem.
Guests were pissed because aside from being outdated, the rooms were also dirty. There was garbage under the bed and in the sink. The television was old and grainy and the lighting was poor. The bathroom was also disappointing- the bathtub had a lot of soap scum as if it had not been cleaned for a while.
Previous guests said that the unstable Wi-Fi was a huge disappointment to them especially at night when everyone had free time with their electronic devices. Wi-Fi would only connect if guests would go near the office, which is across the street.
