A number of people left positive comments about their interaction with the reception staff at the hotel. Guests said that staff were friendly and polite and tried their best to make sure that checking in and out was as smooth as possible.
Guests liked that the kitchen had enough amenity so that they could easily self cater. Guests especially liked that the kitchens had a full fridge so that they could keep drinks and snacks cold.
A number of people only stopped here for a short amount of time as it was just off the I-45 on a feeder road. Guests said that the easy access to the highway was a bonus so they could get on with their journey. Guests also commented that the hotel was close to Hobby's airport.
A number of guests were disgusted at the cleanliness of the hotel with many complaining that the furniture and carpets were filty, that the bathrooms were long overdue for a deep clean and that there were a lot of roaches about.
Whilst the Wi-Fi at the hotel is free, many guests complained that it did not work at all or that it was very patchy. Guests wrote that this was very frustrating and they would not be returning to the hotel.
The hotel offers its a guests a choice of non-smoking or smoking rooms. Non smokers were not impressed that the whole motel smelled of smoke and that their non-smoking rooms had obviously been smoked-in, as the air was stale and the furnishing wreaked of cigarette smoke.
