Review summary

Summarized by AI from 300+ reviews

This hotel is a budget-friendly option for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a convenient base for exploring local attractions. Its prime location offers easy access to the Zoo and Baxter Arena. While rooms generally include a mini-fridge, guests should note the frequent reports of them being unreliable. The staff, particularly the reception team, often receives negative feedback for being unhelpful and dismissive. Breakfast is consistently described as disappointing, typically limited to toast and dry cereal with a lack of essential accompaniments. For a more comfortable stay, consider bringing your own basic amenities like soap and confirming mini-fridge functionality upon arrival.
