Most guests thought the staff were very good at meeting needs. That was especially true when guests needed to bring up issues or move into other rooms. Despite those difficulties, staff members worked promptly to make things right.
Guests liked how the rates here are quite reasonable. Many who stayed here were just looking for a place to rest before continuing on their way and weren't willing to spend a lot for accommodations. Fortunately, this hotel catered to their desire to be budget conscious while traveling.
Guests appreciated the mountain views from their windows, and thought the fact they were able to see Pikes Peak was even more notable. Even if you're not able to participate in an activity during your trip that lets you get closer to the mountains, at least you'll have lovely views of them when staying here.
Guests consistently complained that the staff does not do a good job of making sure the breakfast buffet is sufficiently stocked and kept clean. Furthermore, guests warned the breakfast area is so small that you may have to take your food up to your room if you're not able to find a place to sit.
