Most guests felt the motel offered good rates for their stay. They were happy with the large and clean rooms, the friendly staff and the included continental breakfast. The price was well worth the stay here, as most of the basics were covered.
The common areas left a good impression on most guests who thought the motel was very clean and maintained. The lobby area was found to be nice and there was plenty of parking space available. The motel looks like new.
Most guests agreed the staff members were nice people to interact with and took their job seriously. They were personable and had great customer service skills. They tried to resolve issues that came up and recommended places in the area.
Those guests that needed a fast and reliable Internet connection for their work were disappointed it was not the case during their stay. They found the Wi-Fi to be bad and not working quick enough, therefore work was difficult to do.
The late check out policy given by the motel was seen as unfair by guests who checked out later and were charged a fee. They felt it was very strict and inflexible.
Many guests were disappointed to find out there was no hot tub as advertised and instead it was a kid’s swimming pool. The pool itself was not the cleanest of waters with there being mud at the bottom of the pool. The false advertisement of the hot tub was not a good thing.
