Guests agreed that the accommodations were very nicely presented, and that they contained all or most things they considered essential for their stays. Many guests found the modern rooms to be especially welcoming when they needed to rest after extensive travelling.
There were numerous comments about how the staff members were very considerate and tried hard to help guests however they could. Guests also mentioned how the staff were very accommodating when meeting room requests.
Guests commented that the area where this property is located appeared to be very safe. Guests who were travelling alone said they felt secure going out alone and were not uneasy even if they had never been to the area before.
Guests mentioned that the water pressure coming from the showers was very low. They thought it may have been purposeful, such as if the hotel installed eco-friendly shower heads, but still indicated the low pressure was annoying.
Guests reported that the breakfast buffet offerings were insufficient because they lacked sources of protein. Guests suggested that hard-boiled eggs would have been an especially appropriate food to offer, but they were not included on the buffet.
Guests said the hotel has signs that indicate that taking food back to the rooms is not permitted. Guests found this rule to be awkward and unnecessary, and said they wished the hotel didn't enforce it.
