Most of the guests coming in for the dog shows in the nearby areas found it very convenient to stay here. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They are thorough professionals and know their work very well. Been keen workers, they always lend a helping hand with a smiling face.
Rooms are basic yet well-maintained and clean. Furnishings like armoir, chairs, sofa, king size bed with two night stand was nice and new. Guests liked the huge mural over the bed spotlighting the Buckingham Fountain. Towels and bed linen were thick and new. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and ensured a good nights’ sleep
The hotel is in a strategic location. Many places of interest, local eateries and shops were close by. Even gas stations, Dunkin Doughnuts and CVS were all within one single block. Elderly guests and guests traveling with lots of luggage were relieved to find a functional elevator that could be used to go to the top floors.
The Wi-Fi connection was really patchy and even though it was free, it wasn’t of much use. It was difficult to connect to and was very erratic. Guests couldn’t work online as a result.
The continental breakfast served was not up to the mark. It did not have much choice and was bare minimum.
Some of the guests did not feel very secure as the entry points were not locked. Locking it up at least at night would be a safer option they said.
