Guests spoke highly of the location of the hotel with easy access to the freeway, close to Idaho Center and many businesses. It is close to a gas station, and not very far from Fred Meyers and McDonalds. It is also close to activities in Meridian and Boise. The recently renovated property is clean and very good value for money.
Guests loved the clean and homely rooms. The refrigerators and microwaves were handy. They could remain connected, as the Wi-Fi worked fine.
Guest appreciated the management of the hotel. The staff resolved all issues in quick time. Check-in was fast. The front desk staff had all answers on where to eat, and the fastest route to get to any place. Guests found them to be efficient and honest too. Forgotten luggage was returned to the guests promptly.
The common parking lot for trucks, buses and trailers next to the hotel made sleep almost impossible. Scenes of drunk people screaming in the parking lot was common. As this happens usually between midnight and four in the morning, most guests complained of lack of sleep. Even pets were restless. The freeway noise was also disturbing for the guests.
As there is no elevator in the property, guests who carried heavy luggage, or traveled with the elderly, found it difficult to climb the stairs.
