For some reason the housekeeping staff are continuing to make up beds and replenish bathrooms with stained bedsheets and towels. If you find any stains on your linen and towels when you check in report it immediately to reception.

Whether it's the noise from traffic outside or revellers passing by late into the night, this hotel is quite noisy. Proper soundproofing between the rooms is sorely needed here, so pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Some of the rooms are suffering from either inadequate cleaning or poor ventilation because a few of them have a distinctive musty smell. Mould has even been spotted in some rooms, so request a different room if yours is smelly.
