The Tahoe Seasons Resort is a good choice of accommodation for guests looking at room availability through the year. Skiing activities are steps away as the Heavenly Ski Resort is right across. The lake front is around two miles and other interesting places like Van Sickle Bi-State Park and Ski Run Marina are within three kilometers. The Gun barrel mogul run is a six minute walk from the resort.
The suites are comfortable and provide all amenities and comforts to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. Satellite flat screen TVs, microwaves, minifridges, coffee makers and DVD players are present, as well as pull-out sofas, wet bars and jetted tubs. Many of the rooms have gas fireplaces.
The resort has a host of facilities to keep guests engaged during their stay. A heated outdoor pool open through the year and a hot tub are places to enjoy relaxing swims. There is a rooftop tennis court as well as a shuffleboard for guests to play rounds of invigorating tennis or sit by with the more relaxed sliding game. A game room plus a seasonally open ski shop and gift shop are present on site for the convenience of guests. A café is open for breakfast and the pub has a full bar. The resort provides box lunches as well. Parking is free and Wi-Fi access in the rooms and in the public places is a free amenity.
The advertised Jacuzzi jets in the rooms have been found to be out of order by several guests, causing disappointment. The staff is sometimes argumentative and unfriendly making no effort to explain or compensate guests for the lack of the facilities promised.
The pool is not open until ten in the morning, so guests cannot enjoy an early morning swim. The café is closed in summer. Guests have found the pool to be rather small and dirty as well.
The rooms are dated. There are a lot of lights present in the common areas and hallways that cannot be turned off, causing too much brightness while sleeping.
