Instalaciones: el complejo dispone de unas modernas instalaciones como restaurante, bar, sala de TV, jardín y aparcamiento. El Centro de Talasoterapia cuenta con las aguas de la bahía de Itzurun, reconocido como mejor fondo Biomarino de Europa por su biodiversidad y alta concentración de minerales y oligoelementos (sobre todo en yodo), lo que hacen del Talasoterapia Zelai un centro único en España en el tratamiento con agua de mar. Además, consta de piscina terapéutica con agua de mar (hidrojet, chorros de masaje submarino, cascadas, burbujas, cuellos cisne, jacuzzies, contracorriente, pasillo de contrastes), duchas, baños de burbujas, algas, saunas.
