Guests found this inn to be a great location for exploring Venice, since it is located close to many of the main attractions. With the assistance of staff members, they were easily able to find local attractions within walking distance.
Most of the guests commented that the rooms are kept immaculately clean. They remarked that even the bathrooms are spotless. Guests noted that the staff does an excellent job of maintaining a neat appearance in each of the rooms.
The staff is both friendly and accommodating, according to most of the guests. They speak English very well and make the guests feel welcome. A frequent comment is that guests feel the staff seems to always be smiling and helpful.
Guests were not pleased to have to climb stairs with their luggage. Although the rooms are only one floor up, guests said there were still a lot of stairs and no porter service was offered.
A frequent complain by guests is that the street noise can be really loud at times. Keeping the windows closed seems to be a partial solution, though it doesn't completely eradicate the problem. Light sleepers need to avoid the front rooms facing the street, said guests, as the noise is worse there.
The continental breakfast served in the restaurant is composed of a beverage and a bread or pastry. Complaints from guests are that the meal is not substantial enough to carry them through to the next meal.
