Guests loved the delicious breakfast served here. The spread had a good choice of quiche, sausages, fresh fruit, biscuits, fried potato, ham, toast and much more. It was well-cooked and the service was very prompt. The pastries and soufflé were to die for as per many guests. The wholesome and filling breakfast made the mornings amazing for guests and set them up nicely for the rest of the day.
Tessa and Bernard were great hosts and the staff members were also very courteous. They are very accommodating and treated everyone with genuine warmth. Guests were truly impressed by their helpful nature as the staff guided them towards places to eat and interesting places to see. They would even come out and chit-chat with the guests over breakfast. The environment was very friendly and convivial. Guests appreciated the personal attention.
Rooms are large and well-maintained. They have all the basic amenities required to ensure a comfortable stay. Beds are very comfortable. Guests loved the scenic beauty of the hills from the rooms. Sitting on the front porch and listening to the bagpipers playing across the road was enjoyed by the guests.
