About The Baiting House

The Baiting House is a newly refurbished historic country inn and AA 2 Rosette restaurant set in delightful Herefordshire countryside. The Baiting House at Upper Sapey is a historic country inn, beautifully restored in 2016 to offer luxury ensuite bedrooms, two bars and an award winning restaurant with menus based on fresh local ingredients. It is a “proper” country pub, welcoming and cosy in winter but also with a beautiful terrace and gardens to enjoy during the spring and summer months.  The daily specials and creative dining menus offer dishes using fresh, award winning local and seasonal produce, from light lunches to Baiting House pub classics and hearty main courses.
