Balmoral & Terrace Guest Houses offer straightforward family-run affordable accommodation with free parking in Sunderland on England’s northeast coast. It’s just across the road from Roker Beach and Sunderland Pier, where visitors can enjoy seaside strolls. Casual rooms with either an en suite bathroom or access to a shared bathroom feature tea and coffee-making facilities and a digital TV. Family rooms and upgrade rooms add sea views and/or four-poster beds. Facilities comprise a decking area overlooking the sea and free Wi-Fi throughout plus fridges and microwaves on request. A free cooked breakfast is included and eateries within one mile include fish and chip shops and Italian restaurants. Balmoral & Terrace Guest Houses are about ten minutes’ drive from the city centre and Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens housing botanical displays.
