The 400 rooms with interior hallways are spread over ten floors. The rooms have private balconies either facing the ocean completely or partially. All rooms are equipped with cable TVs, coffeemakers, minifridges and microwaves. Suites have an extra balcony, a living room provided with pull out sofas, Jacuzzi and wet bar.
The hotel has a large outdoor pool open seasonally and an indoor pool. A fitness and health center and games room with kids programs is present. A tennis court and playground are also featured. Parking is an issue at the hotel as guests have to either park their cars across the street or pay a high charge to park it in the hotel parking lot.
Breakfast crowd is too huge and guests have to wait long hours in line each morning. The hotel runs out of food, sometimes before many guests get to have breakfast. They find the food average and repetitive.
Housekeeping is not regular and at times guests find their rooms not cleaned at all. The elevator entrance, patio and pool area have overloaded trash cans around, which guests find unpleasant.
