Travellers have said that it's some of the best food that they have ever tasted from jerk chicken to the curried conch and fish entrees. Guests who were expecting a little bit more luxury in the rooms said that they fell a little short, and compared the experience to glamping. They said the rooms were a little too rustic for their liking.
Given its location, the hotel is surrounded by pristine nature including an array of unwelcome visitors like ants, mosquitoes and palmetto bugs. There have been instances were guests reported constant sightings of insects in their rooms, and some even experienced uncomfortable bug bites.
Loungers Sometimes Hard to Come By
Basking under the sun is challenging if you're one of the guests who were not able to find one of the sun loungers, since they tend to get taken earlier in the day. People found the experience to be quite frustrating.
