The lower level has a nicely-appointed kitchen (all the usual appliances, except a countertop toaster oven instead of a traditional full oven), a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, and a full bath. \n\nThe upper loft-style level has a sitting area, writing desk, and queen sleeper sofa, making this cottage ideal for a small family or two couples. There are even two outdoor areas - one ground-level patio and one upstairs balcony - so you can enjoy the fresh coastal air and a peek-a-boo view of Yaquina Bay.
