With eight sides, a complete 360 degrees wraparound veranda, and cupola this really is a Greeley landmark dominating the corner of 9th Ave and 13th St in historic downtown. We are located just 4 blocks from The University of Northern Colorado 4 blocks from the old town. We are within walking distance of a variety of unique boutique stores, restaurants, bar, and museums. Each of our ten guest rooms is decorated differently. Choose from king queen or twin rooms with whirlpool, claw foot or soaking tubs. We have three rooms on the ground floor and seven more upstairs. All the guest rooms have private ensuite bathrooms with a shower and separate bathtub. "Bed, Breakfast, and Beyond" A full breakfast is served daily and no matter how long you stay you won't be served the same thing twice. The self-serve coffee pot is always on - our philosophy - you keep drinking it and we'll keep making it!
