An overwhelming number of guests mentioned that this staff goes above and beyond to help their guest when they can. While there are some detractors, most visitors felt welcomed and believe the staff was ready to serve them.
One thing every visitor agreed upon was the view. It’s simply one of the most stunning you’ll find of Vancouver thanks to the coastal mountains and water views of Burrard Inlet.
The hotel is situated just mere steps from the Vancouver Convention Centre. It’s also near modes of transportation, like the Waterfront Sky Train Station and the cruise ship terminal that's popular with travellers to Alaska.
The majority of guest seem to have a smooth transaction, but for some there can be booking errors – wrong room view, wrong number of beds and online reservation system woes.
Most visitors liked the cleanliness, but some guests mention issues. Some involve finding prior guest prescription bottles under their bed, burn holes/stains on mattresses / sheets and non-emptied trash can from the last visitors.
