They specifically site its close proximity both to the local bus stops — which lead into the heart of the city located only three miles away — as well as its advantageous positioning relative to the Sovereign Shopping Centre. This shopping area contains a menagerie of shops and a quick 400 foot walk from the entrance.

Most guests are in agreement that the rooms at The Gardens are kept satisfactorily clean. Reportedly, the rooms are properly prepped prior to guest arrival, and the staff do a good job of tidying up each house during guests' stays.

This location receives high marks for its outside area. The exterior grounds of this destination are reportedly “lovely,” with a pleasantly clean pool area and a delightfully beautiful garden area.

The houses here are described as having furniture that is looking visibly worn. Guests say this furniture gives the houses a “tired,” dated look that lowers their desirability. Replacement furniture would be appreciated.

Guests also note that other aspects on this premises outside of the guest rooms are looking rundown and in need of renovations. Specifically, the paint in some areas is peeling along the walls, and there are noticeably stained carpets.

There's one additional nitpick that guests occasionally report: The air conditioning at The Gardens can be on the noisy side. If you're a light sleeper, you may find that this noise interrupts you as you try to rest.
