The Grand Makadi

The Red Sea Grand Makadi opened its doors in 2004. It is situated 25 kilometres south of Hurghada along a coral beach. It consists of five connecting buildings of three floors, on which are 302 rooms. Deluxe rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a mini bar, satellite TV, a safe, a double bed, a hair-dryer and have a balcony with garden or mountain views. Junior suites have mountain or sea views. The hotel has three restaurants and 5 bars including Italian and Oriental food, and a couple of snack bars. Activities include tennis, football, beach volley, water gym and water polo in the outdoor swimming pool, aerobics, table tennis and other sporting activities with games and competitions. There is also the possibility of taking Arabic lessons. There is live music in the evenings. Younger guests can make the most of the kids club, the children's swimming pool, the playground, the climbing castle, kids movies and mini disco, as well as children menus at the restaurant. There are a few on site shops, the reception is open 24 hours a day and the hotel has a private beach.
