This resort is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday; many of their facilities are geared towards that too. There are several pools on the property including a lazy river. There's a gym if you want to work out. And you can make use of the sauna or get a massage at the spa.
The staff is friendly and attends to the guests quite professionally. There are wait services by the pool so you can order something to eat as you relax in a lounge chair. The personnel doing the presentations are also quite polite even when you don't buy what they are selling.
The rooms at the resort are nice. There are various rooms that you can choose from including some with kitchens so you can cook your own food; there's a Walmart nearby so shopping for supplies is easy. These rooms are also very clean, and there is a cleaning service and a turndown service every day. Some of the rooms also have a plunge pool in the balcony.
The beach close to the hotel is a public one, and there are lots of vendors selling their wares and services. It can get really annoying at times.
It's not easy to get an ocean-view room here; booking one is apparently not possible, even. Yet, the ocean-view is one of the main attractions to this place. Consequently, the hotel should either have enough of these rooms or be clear on how they can be booked.
If you're looking for some wild nights in Acapulco, this may not be the place for you. It's a bit far from downtown.
