Hotel The Inn at Deep Canyon (Palm Desert, USA)

Guests loved the large rooms provided with all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay. Some rooms even have a kitchenette equipped with microwave and refrigerator. Doors are made up of solid wood with heavy mirrors and tubs. The balcony was the favorite spot to enjoy the scenic beauty and the morning cup of tea. As per many guests, the beds were extremely comfortable and guaranteed a good nights’ sleep.

A plunge into the pool and Jacuzzi was a must after a long day according to many guests. They were clean and very well-maintained. Kids especially enjoyed splashing around in the pool whole day long.

Guests loved the spread of the continental breakfast that included rolls, bagels, cereal, orange juice, coffee and much more. It was filling enough to kick start the day and last through the afternoon. Pets are allowed at minimal charges and came as a great relief for guests traveling with their pets.

The walls of the rooms are very thin and guests could clearly hear all the conversation happening in the next room. Making the rooms more sound proof would go a long way in ensuring the comfort of the guests.

Most of the guests traveling in their private vehicles were disappointed to find that the parking space was a small one and insufficient for everyone to park their cars.

Showers in some of the rooms were clogged with dirt due to which it did not have sufficient water pressure. This made it difficult for many guests to take a bath.
