The hotel is in close proximity to numerous bars and cafes which meant that guests whose rooms were at the front of the building said that they could often hear late night revellers and noise from the street which they described as quite intrusive.
The continental buffet was described as being rather meagre with a limited amount of items on offer that did not change from day to day.
Guests found it rather inconvenient only having the option of valet parking which they said was often quite slow as they had to wait longer than expected for their vehicles.
